Carolyn Catchings has worked as an Image Consultant  and  Empowerment Coach in St. Louis for over 20 years.  Carolyn’s long time focus as a professional consultant has been Image, career and personal development.  

Carolyn is also a Licenced Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with specialized training in Marriage and family counseling.

As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Carolyn is equipped with the expertise to address many co-occuring substance abuse issues which often accompay life stressors. 

 

Carolyn received her BA in Psychology and  MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University.  Carolyn also recieved her Certification in Gerontology which provides her with the skills to address the unique social/psychological issues associated with the aging process.

Carolyn is also "ABD" in the PHD program ASHB (Advanced Studies in Human Behavior) at Capella University with specialized training in Marriage and family counseling and Addiction Theories.

 

Carolyn is the Director of Midlife by Design Empowerment Coach Training.

MBD offers a certificate for those who feel called to the profession of empowerent coaching. Unlike "life coaching" empowerment coaching has spirituality and "authentic self" at the core of the training framework.
